The building, designed by T2.a Architects, consists of paved surfaces connected to the exits and a terraced garden. The garden is formed by a retaining wall system rising 50 cm in height and planted with different types of vegetation. Lawn units, a grove of ornamental cherry trees in coulé cover, shrubs planted in an angular system, ground covers, perennials, are the plant cover, selected in such a way that one of the patches will provide a decoration in each season. The retaining wall system is bordered by a low plant island with bamboos and trimmed shrubs, and wooden benches in line with the shop doors. The firewall to the courtyard is designed as a green wall. Roof gardens have been created around the apartments on the upper level of the building, which are made up of lawns and perennial ground cover plants due to the relatively thin layer of soil on the slab.
