Költő garden

Design:
2010

The landscaping plan has been designed with consideration for the current natural, forest-like character of the design area. Preserving the existing valuable trees is an essential part of this, so that the atmosphere of the area is maintained in its present state. In developing the landscape concept, we have identified garden areas with different functions, separated by plant patches of different sizes and types, and changes in paving. In accordance with the regulations, the wire fences at the site boundary are also designed to be covered by plants. We have also identified the main pedestrian routes leading to the building entrances. The pedestrian access involves long flights of steps, taking into account the position of existing trees. To adapt to the modern design of the residential and community buildings planned by M-Teampannon Ltd., they are made of high performance concrete.
