Particular care has been taken to protect two old, valuable trees on the site. In the garden of the Cuvée Event Venue, the difference in level at the site boundary is closed by a retaining wall made of brick capstone. With the addition of a lower wall in front of it, it is not only a characteristic element – a frame – for the garden, but also functions as a seating area.

At the main entrance of the hotel we created a reception area with flowering shrubs and perennials. In the inner part of the garden, in the embrace of the building, a large ornamental garden and associated relaxation terraces were created. The plants planted around the ornamental pond complement and accentuate the beauty of the water surface, such as willows, ornamental grasses and characterful leafy plants.

Part of the garden has been created by modifying the design plans. This has resulted in the creation of grassy mounds in the back areas. Patches of flowering shrubs, deciduous trees and low flowering shrubs and perennials ensure that the garden is beautifully ornamental in all seasons.
